One venue, one route
Most of the confusion about O2 tickets comes from the number of sites that claim to sell them. The venue's position is simple: its official ticket sellers are the ones it names, AXS Official Resale is its resale route, and it will not guarantee entry on a ticket bought anywhere else. A ticket relisted through Official Resale is reissued by AXS to the buyer and scans exactly like a first-release ticket. What a return looks like here
A fan who cannot go lists their ticket from the AXS app, any time from 24 hours after the on-sale until an hour before doors, at up to 10% over what they paid. The listing appears on the event page, next to whatever primary tickets remain, and is gone when someone buys it. For a sold-out show that is minutes. There is no announcement, no queue and no waiting list; whoever is looking at the right moment gets it.
Fans also list on Twickets, the fan-to-fan marketplace capped at face value, which for an AXS-delivered show means a transfer rather than a reissue. Twickets, explained covers how that works.

Before you need it
- AXS account, app installed, logged in on the phone you will bring.
- Know your night and your ceiling. The 10% cap means the ceiling is roughly face value; decide whether you will pay it.
- Expect singles and pairs. A block of four almost never comes back as one listing.
- Treat any ticket outside AXS or Twickets as a risk the venue has told you about in advance.
