1. About Alertix

Alertix is an independent notification service that monitors the publicly available Wimbledon resale ticket shop at ticketsale.wimbledon.com and alerts subscribers by email and/or push notification when availability is detected. Alertix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Championships, Wimbledon, the All England Lawn Tennis Club, or any related tournament entities.

We do not sell, resell, or broker tickets. All ticket purchases are made directly through the Wimbledon resale portal. You must have a valid myWimbledon account (and have entered the ballot) to access that portal and complete any purchase.

2. Service description

When subscribed, you receive alerts generated by our automated monitoring system. The speed and frequency of checks depend on the plan you purchase. We make reasonable efforts to deliver alerts as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee any particular delivery time or that alerts will result in a successful ticket purchase.

3. No guarantee of availability

Ticket availability on the Wimbledon resale portal is outside our control and can be extremely limited. Tickets often sell within seconds of appearing. By using Alertix, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee you will obtain tickets, that any particular match or day will have tickets released, or that the resale portal will operate without interruption.

4. Payment and refunds

All fees are one-time charges processed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and are billed in GBP.

If you are unhappy with the service, please contact support@alertix.app and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may revoke access to the service.

5. Your obligations

  • Provide a valid email address capable of receiving alerts.
  • Maintain your own myWimbledon account and comply with Wimbledon's own terms for using the resale portal.
  • Use the alerts for personal ticket purchases, not for automated scraping or reselling.

6. Data and privacy

We collect the email address you provide and any push-notification tokens you grant, solely for the purpose of delivering alerts and managing your account. We do not sell your data. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@alertix.app or by using the unsubscribe link in any alert email.

7. Changes to the service

We may modify or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes that affect the alerts they receive.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alertix's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. We are not liable for missed tickets, delayed alerts, portal outages, or any indirect or consequential losses.
