What does membership cover?
Every event Alertix watches, on our fastest checks. Today that is Wimbledon, Roland-Garros, and Ariana Grande at The O2, and any new event we add is included automatically at no extra cost. You do not buy a separate pass per event.
How much is it?
Membership is £19 a month or £79 a year. The yearly plan works out at £6.58 a month. There are no booking fees and nothing is added at checkout.
Should I get membership or a one-off pass?
If you only want one event, a one-off pass is cheaper: Wimbledon passes run from £2.50 to £15 and expire when the event ends. Membership is for people who follow more than one event a year, since it covers everything we watch for one subscription.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, yourself, from your account page. It opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, change plan, update your card, and download invoices. Your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
How do the alerts arrive?
Push notifications on iPhone, Android, and desktop, plus an email backstop. Alerts match exactly what you asked for, your courts and your days, and deep-link you straight to the official drop rather than to a homepage.
