What does membership cover?
Every event Alertix watches, on our fastest checks. That is 48 events today, from Harry Styles and Celine Dion in Paris to Electric Picnic 2027 and this autumn's arena tours, and any new event we add is included automatically at no extra cost. You do not buy a separate pass per event.
How much is it?
Membership is £4.99 a week, £19 a month, or £79 a year. The yearly plan works out at £6.58 a month, so it is much the cheaper way in if you plan to stay. There are no booking fees and nothing is added at checkout.
Should I get membership or a one-off pass?
If you only want one event, a one-off pass is usually cheaper and simpler: from £10 for that event, and it expires when the event ends with nothing to cancel. Membership is for people who follow more than one event, since it covers everything we watch for one subscription.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, yourself, from your account page. It opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, change plan, update your card, and download invoices. Your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
How do the alerts arrive?
Push notifications in the Alertix app for iPhone and Android, plus email. Alerts match exactly what you asked for, your courts and your days, and take you straight to the official drop rather than to a homepage.
