How it works
Tell us what you want
Pick the days you would go and set a price cap. We only ever alert you about tickets that match.
We watch around the clock
We check the official resale sites continuously, including overnight, and spot a listing the moment it appears.
You get pinged, you buy
A push notification with the day and the price, straight to your phone. Tickets go fast, so the alert links you to the listing.
Proven all summer at Wimbledon
These alerts are not a promise, they are a system that already works. Fans used the same alert system to catch sold-out Wimbledon tickets this summer.

Tickets for The O2 come back all the time: plans change, a Friday night stops working, someone cannot make the final. Nobody announces it. The listing just appears on the official resale site, and the good ones go to whoever sees it first.
Alertix watches for the tickets you actually want - your days, your price - and pings you the moment one appears. The listing, one tap away. Make sure the one who sees it first is you.
- No touts, everWe never buy, hold, or resell. You buy direct on the official resale site, on your own account.
- Your card stays yoursPayments run through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- One event, one priceA one-off £10 for instant alerts on this event, or start free on the delayed tier. No subscription unless you choose one.
- It ends by itselfAlerts stop after the last session on 27 September. Nothing to cancel, nothing to remember.
Alertix is an independent monitoring service. We are not affiliated with the artist, the venues, or any ticket platform. We watch publicly available listings and alert you. Nothing more.
Questions, answered
What exactly do you watch?
The official resale sites for the Laver Cup sessions at The O2. When someone returns a ticket it goes back on sale there, usually without warning, and often at the original price.
Do you sell the tickets?
No. Alertix is an alert service - we never hold, buy or resell tickets. You buy from the official site yourself, at their price, on their terms.
How quickly will I hear?
On the instant tier, within seconds of a listing appearing. The free tier is the same alert on a ten-minute delay, which is often still enough for a quieter session.
Can I choose which days?
Yes. Pick any combination of the three days and we will only alert you about those. You can set a price cap too, so a listing above what you would pay never reaches you.
What if nothing comes up?
Returns are unpredictable - some sessions see them daily, some barely at all. We cannot promise a ticket will appear, only that you will be among the first to know if one does.
When do the alerts stop?
After the last session on Sunday 27 September. There is nothing left to watch once the tournament is over, so the alerts end by themselves.
