Everything you need to know about our ticket alert service
No. Alertix is an independent third-party monitoring service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Championships, Wimbledon, the All England Lawn Tennis Club, or any related tournament entities. We simply monitor the publicly available ticket listings in the Wimbledon online ticket shop and alert you when tickets appear.
The Wimbledon resale portal is the online channel where returned Wimbledon tickets are listed for re-purchase at face value. You can access it through your myWimbledon account only if you entered the ballot. Release timings are completely unpredictable and can happen at random times any day for any court, even the final. It sits within the Wimbledon ticket system, and these release windows are what we monitor 24/7 so you get alerted the moment availability appears.
Instant - within seconds of tickets appearing in the Wimbledon resale ticket shop. Alerts are delivered by email, and if you add Alertix to your iPhone home screen you can enable push notifications too. The exact speed depends on your chosen monitoring frequency, with our premium plan checking every 10 seconds.
Absolutely! If you were unsuccessful in the ballot, the online ticket shop is your second chance at face-value tickets. This is where returned tickets appear throughout each day during the tournament. Our service monitors this shop 24/7 so you don't have to. Note: if you did not enter the ballot at all, you will not be able to access the resale portal.
Running a 24/7 monitoring system requires significant infrastructure - servers, bandwidth, instant email delivery, and notification infrastructure. The fee covers these operational costs while giving you a major speed advantage over manual checking.
Current one-time plan prices are Basic £2.50, Standard £5, Fastest £15. You choose your monitoring speed after setting up your alert preferences, and there are no recurring subscription fees.
Alertix provides monitoring and alerts only - we dramatically increase your chances compared to manual checking, but we cannot guarantee ticket availability. Tickets sell out extremely fast, sometimes in under 60 seconds. We give you the best possible head start.
You can only access the online ticket shop through your myWimbledon account, and only if you entered the ballot and were unsuccessful. If you did not enter the ballot, you will not have access to the resale portal. Throughout each tournament day, returned tickets are listed here at face value as spectators return them. Timing is unpredictable - tickets can appear morning, afternoon, or evening.
Check your spam/junk folder after signing up and mark our emails as "not spam". We also recommend adding our sender address to your contacts.
We monitor the Wimbledon online resale ticket shop that's accessible via your myWimbledon account. This is where returned tickets are listed at face value. We check for newly available tickets and immediately alert you with details and a direct link.
