TL;DR. HYROX London is Wednesday 2 to Sunday 6 December 2026 at ExCeL London, and each division races only on set days. There is no resale market for entries: the official shop's own resale was switched off for this event when we checked on 19 October 2026, and HYROX does not allow third-party resale. A place reappears in the official HYROX shop as ordinary stock, without warning, when an athlete with Flex hands it back for a refund or for reasons the shop does not publish.
The five race days, and who races when
The official shop sells HYROX London as one entry per division per day. Not every division races every day, so the first thing to check is which days yours runs on.
| Race day | Divisions racing (standard entries) |
|---|---|
| Wed 2 Dec 2026 | Men, Women, Doubles Men, Doubles Women, Doubles Mixed, Adaptive Men, Adaptive Women |
| Thu 3 Dec 2026 | Men, Women, Doubles Men, Doubles Women, Doubles Mixed, Adaptive Men, Adaptive Women |
| Fri 4 Dec 2026 | Men, Women, Pro Men, Pro Women, Doubles Men, Doubles Women, Doubles Mixed, Relay Men, Relay Women, Relay Mixed, Adaptive Men, Adaptive Women |
| Sat 5 Dec 2026 | Men, Doubles Mixed, Pro Doubles Men, Pro Doubles Women, Adaptive Men |
| Sun 6 Dec 2026 | Women, Doubles Men, Doubles Women, Adaptive Women |
Friday is the only day for Pro singles and every Relay division, and Saturday the only day for Pro Doubles. The Elite 15 races are on the Thursday and Friday; those are not entries you can buy. Every race is the standard HYROX format: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a station, in this order: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls.
What an entry costs
On the official shop on 19 October 2026, per person and before the booking fee and any Flex add-on:
- Singles (Men, Women, Pro, Adaptive): £128.
- Doubles: £123 per person. A pair books two tickets, Athlete 1 and Athlete 2.
- Relay: £75 per person. A team of four books one Relay ticket and three Team Member tickets.
Prices are the shop's, on that date, and can change. The online sale opened on 31 July 2026.
Why there is no resale market
For a big gig, returned tickets usually come back through an official resale exchange. HYROX London does not work that way. When we checked on 19 October 2026, the official shop's own resale marketplace was switched off for this event, and HYROX does not allow third-party resale. So there is no secondary market to watch, and a place offered for sale anywhere else is not a route into the race.
How a place comes back: Flex
Flex is the add-on you choose when you book, and it decides what can change later. In the shop's wording on 19 October 2026:
- Flex (£25 for singles, £45 for teams): a 100% refund up to 7:59am (event time) 31 days before your race, a 50% refund up to 7:59am 7 days before, and one name change up to 7:59am the day before. The substitute must be the same gender, there are no transfers to another event, and refunds exclude the Flex fee and the service fee.
- Lite Flex (£12.50): one name change up to the day before your race, no refunds, no transfers.
- No Flex: no changes at all.
When a Flex holder takes a refund, their place can go back on the official shop as ordinary stock, and places also reappear for reasons the shop does not publish. Neither is announced. By our reading of the official Flex terms, these are the refund cutoffs for each race day (all 7:59am):
| Your race day | Full refund until | 50% refund until |
|---|---|---|
| Wed 2 Dec | 1 Nov | 25 Nov |
| Thu 3 Dec | 2 Nov | 26 Nov |
| Fri 4 Dec | 3 Nov | 27 Nov |
| Sat 5 Dec | 4 Nov | 28 Nov |
| Sun 6 Dec | 5 Nov | 29 Nov |
A Flex holder who cannot race gets more back the earlier they return their place, which is why the run-up to each cutoff is worth watching. The online sale itself was set, when we checked, to close just after midnight on Thursday 3 December 2026; after that, nothing comes back online.
Name changes
A name change is the only way a place moves from one athlete to another, and only the original booker can make it, through Flex or Lite Flex, up to the day before the race (7:59am for Flex). The new athlete must be the same gender. If a friend is pulling out and you want their place, that is the route to ask them about, as long as they booked with Flex or Lite Flex. It is a change to their booking, not a sale on any market.
Charity places and spectator tickets
Race for Impact places with Macmillan Cancer Support are a separate route into HYROX London: you take on a fundraising commitment on top of the entry fee. They are not standard entries, and Alertix does not alert on them. Spectator tickets, Youngstars, Elite 15 spectator tickets, photo packages and upgrades are separate products too, and none of them is a race place.
A short checklist
- Pick your division first, then check which days it races on in the table above.
- Sort your team. Doubles needs both athletes ready to book together; Relay needs all four.
- Be signed in to the HYROX shop on the phone you carry, with a card saved, before a place reappears.
- Choose Flex deliberately when you book. Without it, nothing about your entry can change.
- Mark the cutoffs for your race day: a Flex refund is only possible before them.
- Ignore offers to sell you a place outside the official shop. The only legitimate handover is a name change by the original booker.
Get an alert when a place comes back
Returned places appear in the official shop at random and go to whoever books first. Alertix watches the official HYROX shop for HYROX London, race slot by race slot, and alerts you the moment a place in your division on your day reappears. A Doubles slot alerts only when both athlete tickets can be booked, and a Relay slot only when a full team of four can. Pick your division and day on the HYROX London page. No alert can promise a place, only that you hear about one as soon as it is back.
