Questions
Who can join?
Anyone 18 or over whose audience is into gigs, festivals, sport or theatre. Creators of any size, and people who are not creators but run a community, a group chat, a club or a network. There is no follower minimum: we review every application and approve the ones that fit. Most of our customers are in the UK and Ireland, the US, Canada and Australia.
How is commission worked out?
20% of what each customer actually pays, after their discount, for 12 months from their first purchase. On a membership that is every payment in those 12 months. On a one-off pass it is that payment. App Store and Google Play purchases count the same way.
How does my code work for followers?
On the website, your link (alertix.app/c/yourcode) applies the discount at checkout by itself, or they can type your code. On iPhone, your link opens an App Store button that takes the discount off. On Android, purchases in the app still count for you when they enter your code, but Google Play cannot take the discount off, so your link sends Android users to the website for it.
Is the discount on every payment?
No, on their first payment only. You still earn on every payment they make for 12 months.
How do I get 25%?
Tick the partner rate box when you apply. We offer it to creators whose content is mainly about getting tickets, or with roughly 50k followers or more, and decide it when we review your application.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, by PayPal or Wise, once your balance is £25 or more. Each sale is held for 30 days first, so a refunded purchase comes out before it is paid.
Can I use my own code?
No. Your own purchases, and purchases by anyone paying on your behalf, do not earn commission. Your free membership covers you.
Can I run ads or post my code on voucher sites?
No paid search ads on the word "Alertix", and no posting your code on coupon or voucher sites. Paid social ads from your own account are fine.
