This is a great service. £15 well spent on the 10 sec alert. Hot tip - much easier if you set this up on your laptop browser vs trying on your phone. You need to act in a matter of seconds. Worked for me to get Wimbledon tickets in the resale, very happy to avoid The Queue. You do have to be very fast to react to the alerts. I needed to contact support about something and received a quick reply even at the weekend, usually a sign of a company that cares about its customers. Would recommend.Read on Trustpilot
