Proven all summer at Wimbledon

These alerts aren’t a promise, they’re a system that already works. Fans used the exact same setup to catch sold-out Wimbledon tickets this summer.

What it costs

Most fans buy one pass, get their tickets, and that’s that. If you chase more than one event a year, membership works out cheaper.

Event pass

From free · one-off

One event, watched until its last day.

  • Start free with delayed alerts on some events, or pay £10–£15 for checks every 10 seconds.
  • Expires by itself when the event ends. Nothing renews, nothing to cancel.
  • No booking fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

All-events membership

£79 a year · or £19 a month

For fans who go to more than one thing a year.

  • Every event we watch, on the fastest checks, without buying passes one by one.
  • New events are covered the day we add them, at no extra cost.
  • Add your own events to track, on top of everything we cover.

Why Alertix

Official tickets come back all the time: refunds, released holds, exchange listings. Nobody tells you when. Ticketmaster and AXS just say “keep checking the event page”, and Twickets turns its alerts off for the events that matter most.

Alertix watches those channels for you and tells you within seconds. The exact drop, one tap away. Returned tickets go to whoever sees them first. Make sure that’s you.

Frequently asked questions

What is Alertix?

Alertix is an independent ticket-alert service for sold-out events. We monitor official resale channels, like the Wimbledon resale shop and the Roland-Garros resale platform, around the clock. When tickets appear we send you a push notification and an email within seconds, linking straight to the official shop. We never buy, list, or resell tickets.

Is Alertix legit? Are you ticket touts?

We are the opposite of a tout. Alertix never buys, holds, or resells tickets. Every alert points to an official channel where you buy directly, under your own account. We do not ask for your ticketing-account login and we never touch the transaction. Alertix exists so real fans hear about tickets before the touts do.

Do you buy the tickets for me?

No, and that is deliberate. Alertix is alert-only: when tickets drop we tell you instantly and link you to the official shop, where you complete the purchase yourself under your own account. Automated buying is what ticketing platforms rightly ban. An alert keeps you inside the rules and in control of your own purchase.

How fast are the alerts?

Our fastest plan checks the official resale as often as every 10 seconds, and alerts go out the moment a drop is detected. Most arrive as a push notification within seconds. Popular tickets can still sell out in under a minute, so an alert is a serious head start, not a guarantee.

Which events do you cover?

Ariana Grande at The O2, with nights, ticket types, and a price cap all targetable. Wimbledon, with every court and every day. Roland-Garros, in English and French. We add events based on demand, so if there is a sold-out event you want watched, email support@alertix.app and it goes on the list.

What does it cost?

A one-off pass per event. Wimbledon alert passes run from £2.50 to £15 depending on how often we check. The price you see is the price you pay, with no booking fees and nothing added at checkout. A pass never renews: it simply expires when the event ends. If you go to several events a year, the all-events membership covers every event we watch on the fastest checks, at £19 a month or £79 a year, and you can cancel it yourself any time.

How do the alerts arrive?

Push notifications on iPhone, Android, and desktop, plus an email backstop. Alerts match exactly what you asked for, your courts and your days, and take you straight to the drop rather than to a homepage. You are buying while others are still searching.

Do I need anything else to buy tickets?

Yes, the official account for the event. For Wimbledon resale that is a free myWimbledon account. One tip from experience: make sure the name on your ticketing account matches the name on your payment card. A mismatch is the most common reason official shops cancel orders.

Is there a subscription? What if something goes wrong?

Only if you want one. Event passes are one-off payments that expire automatically when the event ends, so there is nothing to cancel. The all-events membership is a subscription, at £19 a month or £79 a year, and you can cancel it yourself any time from your account page. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details. If anything goes wrong, email support@alertix.app and we will sort it out.

Can you guarantee I’ll get tickets?

No honest alert service can promise tickets. What we can do is watch the official channels far more often than any person could, and alert you within seconds. Thousands of fans have secured seats this way, and you can read their stories on our success stories page. Tickets still sell fast. Being first to know is the edge.

Something else on your mind? Email support@alertix.app and we’ll do our best to give you the answers.
