We watch standard athlete entries for every division above on the official HYROX shop. Charity places and spectator tickets are not watched.
- Eight runs, eight stationsEvery HYROX race is 8 x 1 km runs, each followed by a workout station: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls.
- Entry from £75 to £128 per personOn the official HYROX shop on 19 October 2026: £128 for singles (including Pro and Adaptive), £123 per person for Doubles and £75 per person for Relay, before the booking fee and any Flex add-on.
- Doubles and Relay book as a teamA Doubles pair books two athlete tickets and a Relay team books four. We alert on those slots only when the whole team can book.
- Flex decides what can changeWithout Flex, no changes at all. Flex allows a refund before set cutoffs and one name change up to the day before your race. Lite Flex allows one name change and no refund.
- Online sale set to close 3 DecemberWhen we checked on 19 October 2026, the shop’s online sale was set to close just after midnight on Thursday 3 December 2026. The alerts stop then too.
- Charity places are separateRace for Impact places with Macmillan Cancer Support carry a fundraising commitment on top of the entry fee. They are a separate route and we do not watch them.
- Spectator tickets are not watchedNor are Youngstars, Elite 15 spectator tickets, photo packages or upgrades. We watch athlete race places only.
- Flex refundsAn athlete with Flex can hand their place back for a refund before set cutoffs. A returned place can go back on the official HYROX shop as ordinary stock.
- Unannounced returnsPlaces also reappear for reasons the shop does not publish. We watched it happen several times in one evening on 19 October 2026, each place gone again within minutes.
- No resale marketThe shop’s own resale was switched off for this event when we checked on 19 October 2026, and HYROX does not allow third-party resale. Returned places reappear in the shop itself.
By our reading of the official Flex terms, a full refund is possible until 7:59am 31 days before the race and a 50% refund until 7:59am 7 days before:

Tick the race slots you could actually race - your division, on the day it runs. Email plus push notifications, and we only ever alert you about the slots you picked.
We watch the official HYROX shop
Continuously, including overnight, until its online sale closes. A Doubles slot alerts only when both athletes can book, and a Relay slot only when a full team of four can.
You get pinged, you book
A push notification with the division and day, straight to your phone. Returned places go fast, so the alert opens the shop’s ticket page and you book there yourself.
Doesn’t the HYROX shop alert you itself?

Popular HYROX divisions sell out. When an athlete with Flex hands their place back, that place can go back on the official HYROX shop as ordinary stock, with no announcement and no queue.
There is no resale market to fall back on: the shop’s own resale was switched off for this event when we checked on 19 October 2026, and HYROX does not allow third-party resale. A returned place reappears in the shop itself, and it goes to whoever sees it first.

What exactly do you watch?
Standard athlete entries for HYROX London on the official HYROX shop, one race slot at a time: your division, on your day, from Wednesday 2 to Sunday 6 December 2026 at ExCeL London. A Doubles slot alerts only when both athlete tickets can be booked, and a Relay slot only when a full team of four can. You pick the slots, and we never alert you about the others.
What do you not watch?
Charity places, spectator tickets, Youngstars, Elite 15 spectator tickets, photo packages and upgrades. Charity places (Race for Impact, with Macmillan Cancer Support) are a separate route with a fundraising commitment on top of the entry fee, and they are not part of the alerts.
How do places come back?
An athlete with Flex can hand their place back for a refund, and the place can go back on the official HYROX shop as ordinary stock. Places also reappear for reasons the shop does not publish, without any announcement. By our reading of the official Flex terms, a full refund is possible until 7:59am 31 days before the race and a 50% refund until 7:59am 7 days before. For Wednesday racers that is 1 November and 25 November; each later race day is a day later, up to 5 and 29 November for Sunday.
Can I buy a place from someone else?
No. HYROX does not allow third-party resale, and the official shop's own resale was switched off for this event when we checked on 19 October 2026, so there is no secondary market. A place changes hands only through Flex or Lite Flex: the original booker can make one name change, up to the day before the race, to an athlete of the same gender. Without either, no changes are possible at all.
Do you sell race places?
No. Alertix is an alert service - we never hold, buy or resell entries. You book on the official HYROX shop yourself, at its price, on its terms.
How quickly will I hear?
On the instant tier, within seconds of a place reappearing on the shop. The free tier is the same alert on a 30-minute delay - for a popular division, the instant tier is the one that matters.
What will a race ticket cost?
Whatever the official HYROX shop charges for that place. On 19 October 2026 that was £128 per person for singles (including Pro and Adaptive), £123 per person for Doubles and £75 per person for Relay, before the booking fee and any Flex add-on. We do not set or take any share of the entry price; the £10 is for the alerts alone.
What if nothing comes up?
Returned places come and go without warning, and nobody can say when one in your division will turn up. We cannot promise one will appear, only that you will be among the first to know if one does.
When do the alerts stop?
When the official shop's online sale closes. When we checked on 19 October 2026 it was set for just after midnight on Thursday 3 December 2026. After that there is nothing left to watch online, so the alerts end by themselves.
Can I change my division or day later?
Yes. Add or remove race slots any time from your account, as long as at least one stays ticked.
