Update, 14 September 2026. It is real. At 4pm BST Oasis announced Oasis Live '27: 38 shows, with Richard Ashcroft supporting every date. Five nights at Celtic Park in Glasgow on 21, 23, 25, 28 and 29 May 2027; eleven at Manchester's Etihad Stadium on 4, 6, 8, 11, 12, 15, 18, 19, 22, 25 and 26 June; Munich on 2, 3 and 6 July, Barcelona on 10 and 11 July, Amsterdam on 16 and 17 July, Paris on 20 and 23 July and Rome on 26, 29 and 30 July; Boston on 10, 13 and 14 August and Las Vegas on 20, 21 and 24 August; Slane Castle in County Meath on 4 and 5 September; and Knebworth on 11, 12, 18, 19, 25 and 26 September. (Dates as they stand after 23 September, when four shows were added and Paris moved from 23 and 24 July; the 14 September announcement had 38.) On tickets, the band's official site says registration "is open from now until 4pm BST / 5pm CEST / 8am PT / 11am ET on 17th September 2026" and that "there is no general onsale - this will be the only way to purchase tickets". NME reported that successful registrants receive a unique, non-transferable code for an allocated on-sale window, that the UK windows run across Friday 25, Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September with three each day, and that standard prices are fixed between £71.50 and £266.60 including fees. Window times and prices outside the UK, and any sanctioned resale channel for 2027, were not published. Our announcement piece has the detail; everything below was written before the announcement and the 2025 lessons in it still stand.
Update, 13 September 2026. Late on Saturday night, drones over Manchester's Etihad Stadium spelled out the band's name, "14.09.26" and "4PM BST", and Liam Gallagher posted "LET'S GO". An announcement is expected at 4pm on Monday 14 September. Nothing is confirmed until it happens. The Sun, as carried by LADbible on 5 September, reported a leaked schedule of 23 UK dates: five at Celtic Park in late May 2027, twelve at the Etihad across June, six at Knebworth in September, plus five pencilled Slane Castle nights in August that Irish reporting describes as venue holds rather than confirmed shows, and a European leg. Treat every one of those as reporting until Monday. If it lands, the 2025 on-sale below is still the map, and this page will be rewritten around the real dates.
TL;DR, as written in August. Oasis have announced nothing for 2027. What exists is a specific, widely repeated press report: around a dozen nights at Manchester's Etihad Stadium in May and June 2027, possibly more, plus a return to Knebworth and European dates. If it becomes real, the 2025 reunion on-sale is the map: ballot presale, hours-long Ticketmaster queues, "in demand" pricing that more than doubled standing tickets mid-queue and triggered a CMA investigation, and a face-value official resale (Twickets and Ticketmaster) that was the only sanctioned way to buy after the sell-out. Preparation beats reaction on every one of those points.
What has actually been reported
In July 2026 the Manchester Evening News, citing an unnamed source, reported that Oasis plan a 2027 run of twelve nights at the Etihad Stadium across May and June, with "talk of up to 20", a return to Knebworth, and a wider European leg. Rolling Stone UK and others carried the same report. That is the substance of every "Oasis 2027" headline you have seen; they all trace back to that sourcing.
What the band and their management have confirmed: nothing. No dates, no venues, no on-sale. This page says so plainly because the gap between "reported" and "announced" is exactly where ticket scams and fake presale links live - if you get a message offering early Oasis 2027 access today, it is not real, and our scam guide covers what those messages are actually doing.
Why the 2025 on-sale is the map for 2027
The reunion's first on-sale in 2024-25 is one of the best-documented ticket sales in UK history, mostly for the wrong reasons, and it tells you what to expect and prepare for.
- The ballot came first. A presale ballot gated by prior purchase history and sign-ups, then a general sale. If 2027 follows, the mailing lists and accounts you hold before the announcement decide which queue you stand in.
- The queues were measured in hours. Hundreds of thousands of people, one Saturday morning general sale on Ticketmaster and the tour's official sellers.
- Prices moved while people queued. Standing tickets advertised around £148.50 were relabelled "in demand" at £355.20 by the time many fans reached the front. The backlash prompted a Competition and Markets Authority investigation into how the sale was conducted, and the episode fed directly into the UK government's resale price cap plans. Whatever 2027 looks like, it will be designed in that shadow - which likely means clearer pricing, and no less demand.
- Resale was face-value or void. The tour named Twickets and Ticketmaster as its official resale channels and warned that tickets bought through unauthorised platforms could be cancelled. Fans who paid £600 or more on open marketplaces did so carrying cancellation risk the entire time.
The maths that made returns matter
Every 2025 date sold out, and yet tickets kept surfacing right up to each show, because that is what a million-ticket run does: plans break, payment plans fail, and spares get listed on the sanctioned face-value channels. For a hypothetical 2027 Manchester residency the same logic scales up - a dozen stadium nights is a very large pool of tickets whose owners' plans have a year to change. The pattern is the one we describe in the face-value guide: returns appear without announcement, at face value, and vanish in minutes.
What is worth doing before any announcement
- Hold the accounts. Ticketmaster and Twickets, verified, with a saved card. The 2025 sale punished people who were creating accounts while the queue moved.
- Get on the official lists. The band's mailing list and the promoters' lists fed the 2025 ballot. If a 2027 ballot exists, that is where it will be drawn from.
- Decide limits now. The documented lesson of dynamic pricing is that queue adrenaline is expensive. Decide what a standing ticket is worth to you before you are shown "in demand" pricing with a countdown.
- Arrange to hear about drops without watching for them. Both for an announcement-day sale and for the face-value returns afterwards, the winner is usually whoever knew first, not whoever refreshed hardest.
Where we come in
Alertix watches official face-value resale channels and sends a push notification the moment a matching ticket appears. We do not watch a tour that does not exist, so today this page is preparation rather than a product: if and when Oasis 2027 dates are real and resale opens, we will watch it the way we watch everything else on our list, and this guide will be rewritten around the actual dates. An Alertix membership already lets you ask us to add events we do not watch yet, which is the practical way to be first in line for coverage. And we cannot guarantee anyone an Oasis ticket - in 2025 nobody honestly could, which is rather the point of preparing.
FAQ
Have Oasis announced a 2027 tour?
Yes. At 4pm BST on Monday 14 September 2026 the band announced Oasis Live '27: 38 shows, with Richard Ashcroft supporting every date, and four more added on 23 September took it to 42. Five nights at Celtic Park in Glasgow from 21 May 2027, eleven at Manchester's Etihad Stadium in June, Munich, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Paris and Rome in July, Boston and Las Vegas in August, two nights at Slane Castle in County Meath on 4 and 5 September and six at Knebworth on 11, 12, 18, 19, 25 and 26 September. Tickets are registration-only: the band's official site says registration closes at 4pm BST on 17 September 2026 and that there is no general onsale.
How did tickets work for the 2025 reunion shows?
A ballot-style presale followed by a general sale on Ticketmaster and the tour's official sellers, with queues measured in hours. Standing tickets advertised around £148.50 were relabelled "in demand" and offered at £355.20 mid-queue, which prompted a Competition and Markets Authority investigation. Expect any 2027 sale to be shaped by that episode.
What happened to people who bought Oasis tickets on resale sites?
The 2025 tour named Twickets and Ticketmaster as its official face-value resale channels and warned that tickets resold through unauthorised platforms could be cancelled. Fans who paid multiples of face value on general marketplaces carried that risk the whole time.
What can I usefully do before an announcement?
Hold verified Ticketmaster and Twickets accounts, join the official mailing lists a ballot would draw from, decide your budget and cities in advance, and set up alerts so a sale or a resale drop reaches you rather than the other way round.
