Price and seating filters let through listings the seller gives no price or seat details for. ## Pricing questions **Which should I pick?** One event you really want to get into: an event pass. You pay once, get instant alerts for that event and it ends when the event does. Several events a year: membership covers every event we watch, up to 10 at once. Just looking: start free where the event has a free tier, and upgrade any time. **Can I cancel?** A pass never renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Membership renews until you stop it: cancel from your account page, or in your phone's subscription settings if you joined in the app. It stays active to the end of the period you paid for. **Can I get a refund?** If you cancel a website purchase within 14 days, email support@alertix.app and we refund what you paid, less a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
