A returned ticket relists on the AXS event page at no more than 10% above the price paid and is delivered in the AXS app. Twickets carries what fans choose to list there, at face value. Everything else is the tout market. This page is the standing guide for any sold-out night at the venue. ## One venue, one route Most of the confusion about O2 tickets comes from the number of sites that claim to sell them. The venue's position is simple: its official ticket sellers are the ones it names, AXS Official Resale is its resale route, and it will not guarantee entry on a ticket bought anywhere else. A ticket relisted through Official Resale is reissued by AXS to the buyer and scans exactly like a first-release ticket. The listing appears on the event page, next to whatever primary tickets remain, and is gone when someone buys it. For a sold-out show that is minutes. There is no announcement, no queue and no waiting list; whoever is looking at the right moment gets it. Fans also list on Twickets, the fan-to-fan marketplace capped at face value, which for an AXS-delivered show means a transfer rather than a reissue. The 10% cap means the ceiling is roughly face value; decide whether you will pay it. - Expect singles and pairs.
