There is **no resale market**, but when a booked place is cancelled or refunded, the **official HYROX shop can put it back on sale** as ordinary stock, without an announcement. It goes to whoever books it first. ## Why there is no resale market For a big gig, a returned ticket usually comes back through an official resale exchange. HYROX does not work that way. HYROX does not allow third-party resale, and when we read the official shops on 24 October 2026, the shop's own resale was switched off for every one of the 85 upcoming races they listed. So there is nothing secondary to watch: a place offered for sale anywhere else is not a route into the race. ## How a place comes back Each race is sold as one entry per division per day, and the shop counts what is left of each. When a booked place is cancelled or refunded under the shop's terms, the count can go back up and the place is simply on sale again, in the same shop, at the same price. Places also reappear for reasons the shop does not publish. Neither is announced, and either can happen at any hour. Refunds and name changes follow the add-on the athlete booked with, and those add-ons, prices and deadlines differ by region. Read the shop's own terms for your race; a deadline for refunds is a moment worth watching, because that is when an athlete who cannot race is most likely to hand a place back. ## Why teams find it harder A Doubles pair books two athlete tickets and a Relay team books four, and a team can only race with every ticket. One returned ticket is not enough. That is why an alert worth having for a Doubles or Relay slot waits until the whole team can book. ## A checklist 1. **Pick your division and day first.** Not every division races every day: Pro singles and Relay usually race only on Friday, Pro Doubles only on Saturday. Each race page on the [HYROX calendar](https://alertix.app/hyrox) lists its own. 2. **Sort your team.** Doubles needs both athletes ready to book together, Relay all four. 3. **Be signed in to the HYROX shop** on the phone you carry, with a card saved, before a place reappears. 4. **Know the shop's deadlines** for refunds and name changes on your race. 5. **Ignore offers to sell you a place** outside the official shop. ## Get an alert when a place comes back Alertix watches the official HYROX shops for every race on the calendar it can read, slot by slot, and alerts you the moment a place in your division on your day reappears.
