They apply on top of the [Alertix terms of service](https://alertix.app/terms). By joining the programme you agree to them. ## 1. Who can join You must be 18 or over and run a public social media account. We look at every application and can decline one without giving a reason. Your code works once we have approved you. We can pause or end your place in the programme at any time, for example if a post breaks these terms. ## 2. Your code and link - You get one code (for example KEVIN10) and one link (alertix.app/c/kevin10). - Anyone who uses them gets 10% off their first Alertix purchase: a pass or the first payment of a membership. One code per customer, first purchases only. - On iPhone the discount is redeemed through the App Store. Google Play cannot apply it, so Android users get it on the website; their app purchases still count for you when they enter your code. ## 3. What you earn - 20% of every payment a customer makes for 12 months from their first purchase with your code. It is worked out on what they actually paid, after the discount and including VAT. App Store and Google Play purchases count at the price the customer paid. - 25% instead, if we approve your request for the partner rate. It applies to payments from the date we approve it. - One-off bonuses when you reach milestones. We tell affiliates the current milestones and amounts by email, and each is paid once. We count different paying customers whose purchase was not refunded. - A customer belongs to the creator whose code they first paid with. Later purchases by the same customer count for that creator, whatever code they use. - Nothing is earned on your own purchases, on purchases by anyone acting for you, or on payments that are refunded or disputed. ## 4. Payouts We pay monthly by PayPal or Wise once your balance is £25 or more. Each sale is held for 30 days first. If a payment is refunded or disputed after we have paid you for it, we take that commission off your next payout. You see your sales and earnings in your partner dashboard, run for us by PromoteKit. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn. ## 5. Say it is an ad Every post that mentions Alertix, your code or your link must be clearly marked as an advert from the start: - UK and Ireland: start the caption with "Ad" and turn on the platform's paid partnership or branded content label (ASA and CMA rules). - United States: say it out loud in the video and show it on screen, as well as in the caption (FTC rules). - Anywhere else: follow the local advertising rules, and at least do the above. ## 6. What you must not do - Say or suggest that tickets are guaranteed, available or sold out, or that Alertix sells tickets. Alertix alerts people when returned and resale tickets appear on official sites; it does not have tickets of its own. - Post your code on coupon or voucher sites. - Run paid search ads on the word "Alertix" or close variations of it. - Use your own code, or ask people to buy on your behalf. - Pretend to be Alertix, or say we endorse anything we have not agreed to. - Send spam, or post in places that do not allow promotion. ## 7. Taking posts down If we ask you to change or remove a post, do it within 48 hours. Commission on sales from a post that breaks these terms is not paid. ## 8. Your free membership When you are approved you get 6 months of Alertix membership free, so you can show the product working. It ends by itself and never charges you. ## 9. Changes and ending You can leave at any time by emailing [marketing@alertix.app](mailto:marketing@alertix.app). We can change these terms with 30 days' notice by email; changes never reduce commission already earned. Commission earned on compliant posts before the programme ends for you is paid after the usual 30-day hold. ## 10. Your data We use your name, email, handle, follower count and sales figures to run the programme, and share what is needed with PromoteKit (your dashboard and payouts) and your payout provider. Customers' details are never shared with you. See our [privacy policy](https://alertix.app/privacy). ## 11. Law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
